Refund policy
How to request a refund for an Open Bulk Editor Standard license, including eligibility, exclusions, and required purchase details.

Request period
You may request a refund within 14 days after purchase unless the checkout terms state a longer period or applicable law requires a different remedy.
How to request a refund
Email info@openbulkeditor.com from the purchase email address. Include the order number, purchase date, product edition, operating system, and a short explanation. Do not include the full license key or Shopify credentials.
What we may ask you to try
For an installation, activation, or compatibility problem, support may ask for the application version, operating system version, exact error text, and reasonable troubleshooting steps. You do not need to send store data or secrets.
Refund limits
A refund may be denied where law allows if the request falls outside the stated period, the order was fraudulent, the license was abused or redistributed, or a chargeback has already been filed. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
After a refund
The license may be revoked after approval. You must stop using the software and remove copies covered by the refunded license. The payment provider controls the time needed for funds to appear on the original payment method.
Payment provider rules
If a merchant of record processes the sale, its refund procedure may also apply. The final checkout page will identify the seller, currency, tax treatment, and payment terms.
